Sights and sounds of Bond hit Gerrards Cross

GX-Bond-Night.jpgVisitors to the Odeon in Gerrards Cross were left shaken and stirred when a charity organised a special screening of the new James Bond blockbuster.
Scannapeal, who are based in Wycombe, organised the showing of Quantum of Solace, which raised just under £5,000 for their cancer fighting fund.

GX-Bond-Exec.jpgThe event included a behind the scenes talk by Tony Waye, (pictured) the film's executive producer, as well as an auction held by Gerrards Cross estate agent Trevor Kent.
Aston Martin in Amersham sent along one of their cars to the event, and also donated a prize of a day for two at their test track to the auction.
Stuart Ludlow, of Mix FM, acted as MC for the event, held on October 30, which was attended by 300 people.
