Gerrards Cross performers stage show

GX-Oliver.jpgChildren from a Gerrards Cross drama group managed to raise hundreds of pounds for charity with a special production.
The group performed the classic musical Oliver! at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Chalfont St Peter at the end of January and managed to raise £800 for a children's hospice in Oxford in the process.

Around 80 children performed in the production, with Michael Ferdenzi, 14, playing Fagin and Cecily Redman, 15, as Nancy.
The rest of the cast were all aged between seven and 12.
The group will next perform at the Fulmer Day fair in June, and are also due to give a performance in the West End of London at the end of the year.
