On Friday, Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi arrived at the school in Bull Lane to demonstrate to the boys the variety of ways that fish could be cooked.

The chefs, who appeared in BBC 2's Return to Tuscany and have published two books, showed boys in the senior school how to prepare and cook a series of fish based meals, and how to tell the difference between certain types of the animal.
They also brought in live crabs, lobsters and eels to help them with their demonstration.
Mr Caldesi showed the boys how to gut fish before cooking them, and what fish can be used to make different types of food, a lot of which is served at his restaurant, Caldesi in Campagna, in Bray.
He demonstrated how to cook fish parcels as well as Spigola 'al sale', which is sea bass in salt.

We'd like to hear from you.
