The Junior Fun Run took place on Saturday morning at Thorpe House Sports Field, and saw 144 children aged between seven and 11 running in the event, which had been organised by the Misbourne Matins Rotary Club.

Children from Thorpe House, Davenies, Robertswood, St Mary's, Chalfont St Peter C of E School and St Joseph's Roman Catholic Combined all took part in the event, which raised money for the charity.
The youngsters were split into gender groups and competed against other children in the same school year as them.
The event was dominated by Chalfont St Peter C of E School, who finished first in six of the eight categories.
All those who finished received a medal and a goody bag, with the winners being given a £15 voucher for Fox's outdoor clothing shop in Amersham.
Olympic gold medal winner Denise Lewis had been due to hand over the awards to the children, but had to pull out at the last minute due to Comic Relief commitments.
After the event, there was an impromptu race around the field for the parents and helpers who had come along to watch.
Carin Eilerts de Haan, a rotary member who helped to organise the event, said: "We had a fantastic response from the schools, even better than last year, with more runners and the children ran really well. It is great that kids are so keen to improve their health and fitness through exercise, and the fact that Chalfont St Peter C of E School did so well is testament to the value of its very well-regarded cross country running club."
The year six event was won by Robert Small in the boy's category and Lucy Quinlan in the girl's; year five by Joshua Hughes and Claire Buttivant; year four by Ben Hillier and Elise Eden and year three by Tommy Taylor and Emma Buttivant.
