Yappy couple marry in Gerrards Cross

IT WAS a case of "till death do us bark" in Gerrards Cross at the weekend when two Chihuahuas got married.
The yappy couple tied the knot on Saturday at a ceremony attended by around 70 people inside a marquee.

The dogs, Harvey and Betty, exchanged collars before being officially married by a man dressed in a Scooby Doo outfit.
Paw prints were taken and put into a register while the crowd sang Puppy Love.
Afterwards, guests gave presents including dog toys, dog beer and chews, before everyone tucked into a wedding cake adorned with bones.
The organiser of the event, who has asked to be referred to only as Jane, said: "It started as a bit of fun and an excuse to have a get together with some friends.
"It just kept growing and whilst Harvey and Betty are very close, they can't get up to anything naughty as Harvey has had his bits chopped off.
"Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had a good laugh for weeks before the event and have been laughing ever since."
The event also saw one of the guest bringing along the ashes of her cat so that they could be blessed by a priest after the ceremony.
Around £220 was raised for the Dogs Rescue Trust by the event.
After the event, the couple left for their honeymoon destination, which is thought to be Barking.
