This week's planning applications for Gerrards Cross

This is a list of planning applications registered with South Bucks District Council during the week ended 30th October 2009. Many of these applications will not be heard at Planning Committee, but, rather, will be decided by Officers under the Scheme of Delegation operated by the Council.

09/01453/ADV: 2 x Internally illuminated fascia sign, 1 x internally illuminated hanging sign at Boots Chemists Ltd, 67-69 Packhorse Road for Boots Group Plc.
09/01458/FUL: Part change of use from Office Building (B1) to residential (10 flats for residential dwellings) construction of office building, basement, car parking and construction of vehicular accesses at 45-49 Station Road for Invesco Pit Ltd.
09/01460/FUL: Two storey front and side extension. Bay windows to ground floor rear at 11 Woodlands Close for Mr Stephen Henderson.
09/01406/FUL: Replacement detached dwelling at 33 Manor Lane for Mr Sukhman Grewal.
