Man charged over death of cyclist Jim Fleming on A413

Police have charged a man with causing death by dangerous driving and perverting the course of public justice, after a cyclist was killed in Gerrards Cross.

Ali Altuntas, aged 36, from Leadale Avenue, London has today (4/12) been charged and released on conditional bail until he appears at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 17 December.

The charge relates to the death of Jim Fleming, aged 47, from New Denham, Buckinghamshire, who was killed while cycling along the A413, Amersham Road on 1 April.
