This week's planning applications for Gerrards Cross

This is a list of planning applications registered with South Bucks District Council during the week ended 29th January 2010. Many of these applications will not be heard at Planning Committee, but, rather, will be decided by Officers under the Scheme of Delegation operated by the Council.

10/00108/VC: Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission 01/01440/VC to allow the development of an entrance lobby at Tesco, Packhorse Road for Tescos Stores Ltd.
10/00111/FUL: Retrospective application for 7 rooflights in roof of gym and swimming pool enclosure at 24 Gaviots Way for Mr Ian Dawes.
10/00112/FUL: Replacement detached dwelling with integral garage. (Amendment to planning permission 08/00278/FUL) at 61 Dukes Wood Drive for Mr Tim Ogunleye.
10/00133/CAN: T1 Pine - Remove. (Gerrards Cross Centenary Conservation Area) at 34 Packhorse Road for Mr Ian Lomas.
